Rana Sanaullah asks PTI to ‘adopt path of constitution’

ISLAMABAD – May 25 (ONLINE) Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said Wednesday asked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his party to call off his ‘bloody revolution’ and adopt path of the constitution, law and peace.

According to a media report by State Radio, Rana Sanaullah said Imran Khan should refrain from using the official resources and machinery of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for unrest.

The Minister said recovery of heavy arms and ammunition from the houses of PTI office bearers is reflection that it is a bloody march. He added that government will not tolerate conspiracy of carrying terrorism in the clad of politics.

Rana Sanaullah said the government will ensure protection of the lives and properties of the people. Law and the constitution will take its course and anyone who would take law into their hands will be taken to task, he added.

On the other hand, Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday directed authorities to fully cooperate with media personnel and journalists, and issued orders that no media representatives will be stopped at any entry point in the federal capital.

Moreover, the interior minister said all roads and links leading to private and government hospitals must not be blocked.
