Imran Khan made this request in his elementary reply filed by him in IHC in his disqualification case in the matter of not showing his alleged daughter in nomination papers.

The PTI chairman while praying the court to dismiss case against him took the plea he has quit National Assembly as member, therefore, the petition against him is not maintainable.

He further said in his reply IHC cannot hear this case.

It is pertinent to mention a citizen Sajid has presented his stance in IHC that Imran Khan provided wrong information while filing nomination papers. He made mention of two children in the details of his children and concealed the information about his daughter.
