ISLAMABAD, DEC 26 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has started proceedings to declare Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur proclaimed offender on the matter of PTI November 24 Islamabad protest.
ATC judge Ali Amjid Ali Shah has issued advertisement in respect of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The police has been ordered to get comply advertisement from the accused besides presenting report in the court thereof on January 21.
It is pertinent to mention here the advertisement in respect of CM KP was issued in connection with the case registered against him in police station Hassan Abdal.
