PTI founder, Bushra Bibi file appeal in IHC against their conviction in Cipher, Toshakhana cases

ISLAMABAD, Feb 23 (Online): PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi has again filed appeal pleas in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against their conviction in Cipher and Toshakhana cases.
Petitions seeking suspension of the decision of trial court related to their conviction in Toshakhana case have also been submitted.

Registrar office IHC had raised objections over the appeal pleas.
The counsels for PTI founder and Bushra Bibi had withdrawn the appeal pleas for removing the objections.

The court has been requested to suspend the sentence awarded to PTI founder in cipher case.
It has been requested in the appeal plea that the sentence be suspended till the decision of central appeal.
