ISLAMABAD, JAN 20 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Adiala jail administration on the plea of providing facility of news paper and TV to PTI founder in jail and arranging his telephonic conversation with his sons.
The petition regarding providing of facility of news paper and Tv to PTI founder in jail and arranging his telephonic conversation with his sons came up for hearing before IHC Monday.
Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq took up the case for hearing .
Notice was issued on the plea regarding provision of facilities to PTI founder in jail.
IHC remarked representative of Adiala jail should appear before it on next hearing.
PTI founder filed petition against trial court order in IHC.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 23.
