ISLAMABAD, March 27 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notice to interior secretary and other respondents in the case of provision of details of cases against PTI leader Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq has sought reply.
The court has remarked it should be told how many cases are registered against Maj (Rtd) Tahir Sadiq.
This directive was issued by Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri during hearing of petition of Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq Wednesday.
Raja Qadeer Janjura advocate counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court taking the plea we want to know the details of the case against Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq. How many cases have been registered so far. The respondents be ordered to provide the information.
The court while issuing notice to respondents adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
The court directed that secretary interior and all other respondents should provide details that how many cases are registered against Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq.
