LAHORE, April o4 (Online): The proceedings of indictment of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi could not be completed on Thursday in illegal appointment case Judge Arshid Hussain of Lahore anti corruption court heard the illegal appointments case against Pervaiz Elahi Thursday.
During the hearing of the case medical certificate of Pervaiz Elahi was presented in the court by Adiala jail authorities .
It has been said in the report presented by Adiala jail authorities Pevaiz Elahi is sick and he canot appear in the court Former CM Punjab had gone to wash room and there he had fallen and his ribs were fractured
The medical report presented in the court by Adial jail authorities further said PTI leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi cannot travel. It may be mentioned that the court had Summoned the accused persons today for indictment.
Anti corruption establishment has registered case against Pervaiz Elahi and others.
