ISLAMABAD, Nov 29 (Online): The case of post arrest bail of MNA Ali Wazir has been delisted.
A 3-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) presided over by Justice Umar Ata Bandial and comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah was to take up the post arrest bail case of MNA Ali Wazir on November 29 for hearing.
The case has however been de-listed being non availability of Justice Sajjad Ali Shah. It may be mentioned that a case of anti state activities and terrorism is registered against Ali Wazir MNA in Sindh.
Sindh High Court (SHC) had rejected bail plea of Ali Wazir. Following the rejection of his bail plea by SHC Ali Wazir resorted to SC.
