LAHORE, DEC 23 (Online): PML-N leader Malik Ahmad Khan while expressing grave concern over court’s decision in cipher case has said how Election Commission (EC) will allot election symbol when a political party becomes defunct.
” PTI is much fond of closed envelope. May be 190 million pounds are there in envelope or he dissolves the assemblies through closed envelope, he said this while addressing a press conference here along with PML-N leader Uzma Bokhari here Saturday.
He said we respect courts. But court’s decision remains confined to bail.
He held several questions hit the mind following the court’s decision in cipher case. Supreme Court announced the decision of cipher case on Friday. PTI leveled allegation against a country. The court remarked official act does not apply to this matter.
He remarked PTI is very keen in closed envelope. Qasim Soori while sitting on chair of deputy speaker waved closed envelope saying we are sending this envelope to chief justice.
A brief cabinet meeting was held on cipher. The past government did politics making cipher basis. The court remarked cipher act is not applicable to the matter. The constitution is not abrogated by only dictators.
