ISLAMABAD, Jan 06 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notice to Prime Minister (PM) on the matter of appointing new president of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has sought reply in next week.
PM has been issued notice as patron in chief of PHF.
The Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq has issued notices on petition of Brig (Retd) Muhammad Khalid Sajjad Khokhar who was removed as president of federation.
The petitioner had challenged notification of appointment of Tariq Mansoor Bugti as president of PHF on adhoc basis in his place.
The CJ IHC Amir Farooq issued written order on hearing of the petition.
