LAHORE, June 23 (Online): A PIA plane coming from Sharjah to Lahore was forced to emergency landing at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport due to bird strike.
PK-258 PIA flight was heading from Sharjah to Lahore and during the landing one of its engines was hit by a bird.
Captain landed the plane safely. As many as 168 passengers were on board the plane.
The plane was grounded after its landing.. The flight from Lahore to Dubai was cancelled.
