LAHORE, Sep 24 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed for hearing the petition filed by PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz in connection with return of passport to her.
Registrar office has issued cause list. According to it a 3-member bench presided over by the Chief Justice (CJ) LHC will hear the case on September 27.
The court has already sought reply from NAB authorities and others.
Maryam Nawaz has taken plea in her petition 4 years have been elapsed but Chaudhry Sugar Mills reference has not been filed against her so far. No one can be kept deprived of ones basic rights for long period. The court should order registrar high court to return passport to her.
