ISLAMABAD, April 04 (Online): Former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has again been shifted to PIMS after his health condition deteriorated. Adiala jail authorities have informed the court in this regard.
Later Islamabad High Court (IHC) wrapped up the petition seeking court’s order for shifting Pervaiz Elahi to PIMS hospital
The petition filed against shifting Pervaiz Elahi from PIMS to Adiala jail despite doctors advice came up for hearing before Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri Thursday. Jail authorities told the court Pervaiz Elahi has been shifted again to PIMS.
The court wrapped up the petition against shifting Pervaiz Elahi from PIMS to Adiala jail on the statement of jail authorities.
Wife of Pervaiz Elahi had resorted to IHC requesting for issuing orders to shift Pervaiz Elahi from jail to PIMS again.
