ISLAMABAD MARCH 27 (ONLINE): PEMRA banned coverage of Rallies and public gatherings in Islamabad for one day on Monday.
The notification for one day ban has been issued by PEMRA.
According to notification Live or recorded coverage of protest rallies or public gatherings cannot be made.
Ban on coverage has been imposed by keeping in view the law and order situation.
In PEMRA notification it is said that ban on coverage has been slapped under PEMRA ordinance section-27 in the light of Supreme Court 2018 orders.
