Parliamentary Committee on National Security meets today under PM Shahbaz

ISLAMABAD, July 04 (Online): In camera session of Parliamentary Committee on National Security will take place today (Tuesday) in parliament house Islamabad.

The sixth crucial session of parliamentary committee on national security will be held under the Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif at 3 p.m in parliament house.

The three services chiefs, ISI Chief and heads of other institutions will attend the meeting.

It has been said that chief ministers of all the four provinces, federal ministers and members of national assembly and senate standing committee for defence will too participate in the meeting.

The military authorities will give briefing on the matters related to national security.

This meeting is of paramount importance as a host of issues including Afghanistan matters, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and other important matters will come under discussion therein.

Detailed briefing will be given on the overall security situation of the country in the meeting.

Special foolproof arrangements have been made in connection with the meeting of the committee.
