Islamabad October 15 (Online): Transparency International of Pakistan has filed a petition regarding Pandora Papers the Supreme Court.
Transparency International through its petitioner Hashmat Habib Advocate has made government of Pakistan through its secretary ministry of Finance, NAB through its Chairman, FIA through its director general, Asset Recovery Unit of Stolen Property through its Head, FBR through its chairman, SBP through its governor and SECP through its chairman party in the petition.
The application has been filed under article 184 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan. The petitioner has appealed the apex court to issue notices to all stakeholders party in the petition to initiate investigation from all persons whose name are listed in the Pandora Papers.
