Pakistanis released from Guantanamo Bay prison will soon be brought to Pakistan: Senate told

ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (Online): State minister for parliamentary affairs Ali Muhammad Khan has told the Senate Pakistani who have been released from notorious jail Guantanamobay will soon be brought back to Pakistan.

To a supplementary question from Senator Saif Ullah Abroo during Senate session Ali Muhammad Khan said Sindh government has been contacted with reference to Health card. If Sindh government cooperates then this facility will become available to millions of people of Sindh.

To another question from senator Dr Mehr Taj Roohani the state minister said no data with regard to fake vaccination certificates is available with the government. The house will be informed soon in this respect.

Senator Afnan Ullah Khan while putting a supplementary question said inform the house about the ministers who were earlier with Musharraf and now are in the cabinet of this government.

Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan while asking a supplementary question said 6 retired army officers have been appointed in grade-22 in Pakistani missions abroad. The house should be told what is the performance and quota of these retired army officers.

Ali Muhammad Khan said officers are appointed abroad as per requirements. There is no fixed quota in this respect.
