ISLAMABAD, SEP 30 (ONLINE): Pakistan has made it clear on IMF that care taker government will impose no tax.
According to media reports online meeting was held between IMF and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) authorities.
IMF was informed about the plan for launching operation against tax evaders.
The sources said FBR collected revenue more than its target in the first quarterly of the ongoing financial year.
The data of recoveries from July to September will be presented to IMF in next week.
IMF is satisfied with the performance of FBR.
According to sources FBR will achieve its target without slapping any new tax.
IMF will be informed about economic performance in the first week of October.
The talks for second tranche of loan from IMF are likely to take place in the last week of October.
