ISLAMABAD, JAN 03 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has granted bail to 250 PTI workers and rejected bail pleas of 150 accused in 13 cases registered against them in connection with November 26 protest.
The cases registered against PTI workers on November 26 protest came up for hearing in the court Friday.
The court approved bail plea of 250 accused persons against surety bonds of Rs 5000 each besides ordering to release them.
Bail after arrest pleas of 18 accused persons were approved in case registered in police station Banni Gala.
Bail pleas of 43 accused were accepted in case No 1032 registered in police station Kohsar. Bail plea of one accused was rejected.
The court granted bail to 9 accused in police station Shahzad Town case and 17 accused in the case registered in police station Noon. Bail plea of one accused was dismissed.
The court ordered to release them.
70 accused were granted bail in case No 1022 registered in police station Aabpara while bail was denied to 25 accused persons.
The court granted bail to 30 accused in case registered in police station I-9 and 13 accused in case registered against them in police station Margalla besides ordering to release them.
Bail pleas of 2 accused were dismissed.
Bail pleas of 120 accused persons were dismissed in 2 cases registered in police station Secretariat while 10 accused were granted bail.
25 accused from Sihala police station and 30 from police station Shams Colony were granted bail. 13 cases are registered against them in 10 police stations.
