ISLAMABAD, OCT 18 (ONLINE): Former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has filed protective bail pleas in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to avoid arrest on his return to Pakistan.
Stance has been taken in the petition Nawaz Sharif will reach Pakistan on October 21 by special flight.
Nawaz Sharif wants to surrender before court and face cases against him.
He prayed the court to accept his protective bail so that he could initiate legal process in his defence and get relief.
IHC Registrar office did not raise any objection on both of the petitions.
Registrar office has allotted number 2023/3333 and 2023/3334 to Nawaz Sharif petitions.
