ISLAMABAD/LONDON, JULY 22 (ONLINE): Former Prime Minister (PM) Mian Nawaz Sharif and PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman have exchanged views in details on political and economic landscape in a telephonic conversation held here Friday.
As per sources telephonic took place between the two leaders an hour ahead of commencement of Punjab Assembly (PA) session in connection with election of Chief Minister (CM).
Both of the leaders exchanged views on different proposals to rein in inflation in the country. The two agreed that no matter whatever the result of election of CM of Punjab, federal government will ensure practical steps to overcome price hike.
The two discussed the ways and means to further bring down the prices of oil and electricity.

The two also agreed that those trampling the constitution will be dealt with iron hand. They also strongly condemned the threatening statements of Imran Khan for making Pakistan Sri Lanka.
The two leaders said the cat has come out of bag. Imran Niazi is international agent who is pursuing their agenda. Coalition government will not allow any one to create chaos in the country.
They also agreed that people will be made aware of the fact about ruthless corruption and devastation of the national economy in the previous government. PM Shahbaz Sharif will be stressed to leave the policy of reconciliation and adopt aggressive strategy.
It was also agreed upon that political response will be given to PTI to whatever politics it will play because aggressive strategy is need of hour now.
They also discussed the outcome of meetings held between Asif Zardari and Chaudhry Shujaat.
