Noor Makdam murder case: alleged killer Zakir Jaffar hires Khawaja Haris advocate
ISLAMABAD, Sep 06 (Online): Zakir Jaffar, accused in Noor Makdam murder case has hired Khawaja Haris as his counsel.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Shaukat Makdam, in connection with bail plea of Zakir jaffar.
The court has summoned the record of Noor Makdam murder case from police till the next week.
Zakir Jaffar has prayed the court to nullify the decision of sessions court and release him on bail.
District Sessions court had rejected bail plea of the accused Zakir Jaffar who is in Adiala jail at present.
