ISLAMABAD, April 27 (Online): NAB while filing reply in Islamabad High Court (IHC) regarding Imran Khan Petition against NAB inquiry in Toshakhana case has requested the court to dismiss PTI chairman petition as he is not cooperating in investigation.
According to NAB reply, questionnaire was sent to Imran Khan but replies to the questions have not been given. Imran Khan did not appear in NAB on call up notice too.
Proceedings will be initiated against Imran Khan as per law. Imran Khan wants to delay the matter deliberately. Notice was sent to Imran Khan as per law and questions were asked. What reply has been sent by Imran Khan cannot be called reply. Imran Khan and his wife kept with them 58 gifts.
NAB requested the court to dismiss Imran Khan Petition.
