ISLAMABAD, April 12 (Online): PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said NAB should be abolished and NAB personnel should be held accountable.
“Chairman NAB followed the orders of former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan. He remained mute over the corruption of former PM”, he said this while talking to media men here Tuesday.
He held NAB chairman should tell how many politicians during his tenure and how much recovery he had made from them.
Not a single reference of corruption could be filed against former PM Imran Khan, he remarked
I still say that cases be run against PML-N and people should be told about corruption by installing cameras in NAB, he said adding petition will be filed in the court in connection of installation of cameras in the NAB.
We don’t want to take revenge from any one, he underlined. If politics has to be played in the country, then NAB institution is there.
He asserted the incumbent government will complete its constitutional tenure. The present government has to make no arrest even if Imran Khan goes on wandering on roads. No media will be ordered to stop coverage of any public meeting.
PML-N has always remained in politics with dignity. People have got rid of the criminal overnment.
He observed President Arif Alvi is having teeth ache. Perhaps he did not use tooth brush on Monday therefore he did not participate in oath taking ceremony.
