Ministry of Religious Affairs started preparations for Hajj

ISLAMABAD March 23 (Online): Ministry of religious affairs has started preparation for Hajj.

A delegation under the supervision of secretary religious affairs has finalized contracts relating the arrangements in Saudi Arabia.

Ministry has started dialogue with ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia regarding transport and catering companies.

A delegate under the supervision of Secretary Religious Affairs met deputy minister Hajj and Umrah, Dr, Abdul Fattah bin Suleiman Mashat to discuss hajj quota, SOPs relation hajj preparation and other issues.

Saudi Deputy Minister alluded that all the countries will be informed regarding the SOPs and Hajj Quota very soon but countries’ ministry should be prepared for limited as well as full accommodation.

Secretary urged Saudi authorities for early agreements, in order to good arrangements of Hajj and policy including the Hajj applications.

Delegation discussed hajj expenditures, SOPs, Road to Makkah project and Urdu help line including mobile app and Pakistani foods
