ISLAMABAD, March 31 (Online): SAPM Atta Tarar has said if the benches continue to dissolve this way then the institution will lose its credibility.
“The matters are heading toward Sajjad Ali Shah-2. Two Tarars will continue to stand for the cause of upholding constitution; he said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC) Friday.
He held lawyers had reservations on bench. The objection was raised following the constitution of the bench. If such decisions are taken then the credibility of the institution will go where.
He stated nation will not accept this one man show. All cases should have been decided after consultation.
We have seen the tradition of circular for the first time. Nation is already facing problems. All should sit together and resolve the problems.
The constitution of full bench has become imperative now. If full court is not constituted then this matter will further prolong.
A constitutional crisis has been created in the country, he added.
