ISLAMABAD Sep 12 (Online): Nishan-e-Haider holder hero of 1965 war Maj Aziz Bhati’s martyrdom’s day will be observed on Sep 12 (Tuesday).
Floral wreath will be laid on the national war hero’s grave and fateh khani (prayers) will also be held.
Ceremonies will be across the country to pay tribute to the martyrdom.
Maj Aziz Bhati sacrificed his life during Pak-India 1965 war at the Lahore front.
Pakistan armed forces recognised his bravery and sacrifice with highest military award Nishan-e-Haider.
