LAHORE, February 13 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed the petition filed against success of PML-N vice president Hamza Shehbaz on Provincial Assembly (PA) seat.
Justice Ali Baqar Najafi of LHC while dismissing the petition against success of Hamza Shehbaz on PA seat has directed the petitioner Muhammad Khan Madni to resort to Election Commission.
The petitioner took the plea he was got defeated by 1100 votes. ” I had won the seat as per form 45.
Muhammad Khan Madni requested the court to issue order for announcing result as per form 45.
However Justice Baqar Ali Najafi dismissed the petition.
