LHC orders arrest of Pakistanis involved in Masjid-e-Nabwi’s ‘disrespect’

LAHORE – October 31 (ONLINE) Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday issued orders to arrest the Pakistanis involved in “disgracing” the Masjid-e-Nabwi (PBUH) within four days.

According to details, Lahore High Court’s Justice Abdul Aziz remarked Monday that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ‘had no authority’ to ask Saudi Arabian authorities for suspects’ acquittal from Saudi jail.

Earlier, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman had ordered the release of all Pakistanis who were imprisoned “disrespecting” Masjid-e-Nabwi (PBUH) following a request by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during his visit to the kingdom.

During the hearing of a case pertaining to matter, the LHC judge remarked that Allah Almighty had refrained Muslims from talking in a louder voice than that of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The judge remarked that politicians were making a ‘mockery’ of country.
