LAHORE, FEB 11 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed for hearing petition filed against the artificial shortage of petrol.
A single bench of LHC led by Justice Muzammil Akhtar Shabbir will hear the petition on Monday.
LHC registrar office has issued cause list about fixing the case on February 13 for hearing.
The LHC has directed senior officer of OGRA to appear before it in person along with reply.
The court has issued notice to chief secretary, IG, DC and other respondents and sought reply from them.
Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Mir Haroon will appear in the court on behalf of the government.
The court has been requested to issue order for taking effective measures to overcome shortage of petroleum products.
