King Salman Relief Centre handed over 2nd Emergency Relief Consignment for the Flood Victims to NDMA

Islamabad (PNI) King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has handed over another consignment of 20 emergency relief trucks carrying 190 tons loaded with essential food items to NDMA to meet the needs of flood affected people of Baluchistan and other affected regions.


2,000 Food packages will help flood affected people living in Baluchistan and north of Pakistan. Each food package comprises all necessary essential food items; weighted 95 kg (contains 80kg of flour, cooking oil of 5 liters, 5kg of Sugar, 5kg of Daal Chana), which is sufficient for the family for the whole month.
The food bags will be distributed in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and local government. More than 14000 people will benefit from this emergency relief.
Important to mention here that Ksrelief has already distributed 3000 food packages among flood affected people living in 6 districts of Baluchistan (Lesbela, Khuzdar, Quetta, Pishin, Killa Saifullah, Killa Abdullah) durring last week.
This project comes under the umbrella of humanitarian projects by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center to assist affected families living in Pakistan.
