LAHORE, March 18 (Online): The petition filed by Khawar Manika seeking dismissal of FIR in occupation of land case could not be heard. The hearing was adjourned being Justice Ali Baqar Najafi of Lahore High Court (LHC) on leave. The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that Anti Corruption had registered case that he had illegally occupied grave yard land. Bail of Khawar Manika has been approved in said case. But the case is still registered with anti corruption.
The petitioner requested the court to dismiss the FIR of this case.
