ISLAMABAD, FEB 03 (ONLINE): Justice Sarfraz Dogar of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has started conducting court’s proceedings amid lawyers strike.
Cause list and name plates of newly arrived judges during lawyers strike in IHC have been put to display.
Cause list of newly appointed judges in IHC has been displayed.
Cause list of Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif has also been displayed.
Justice Sarfraz Dogar started court’s proceedings.
He heard three cases while no lawyer except state counsel and law officers appeared before him.
On the other hand lawyer’s strike is continuing on the call of IHC Bar on the matter of transfer of 3 judges in IHC.
President IHC Bar Riasat Ali Azad has said lawyers should not appear as there is lawyers strike today/.
