ISLAMABAD, JAN 25 (ONLINE): Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has raised objection on intra court appeal bench in contempt of court case against additional registrar in Supreme Court (SC).
According to sources Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has written letter to judges committee whereby objection has been raised over inclusion of Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar in bench.
As per sources Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has written in the letter Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar are part of constitutional committee. Constitutional committee fixed the case with it which was transferred from us.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah wrote he as member of committee had proposed for 5-mmeber bench for intra court appeal. Chief justice said 4-member bench will be sufficient. W hen bench was constituted then 6 judges were included therein.
