ISLAMABAD, July 27 (Online): Judicial Commission (JC) will meet today (Thursday) in connection with appointment of judges against vacant posts in Supreme Court (SC).
Name of five judges from high courts will come under consideration in JC meeting for their induction on vacant posts of judges in SC.
Attorney General (AG) of Pakistan Ashtar Ausaf Ali is outside the country in connection with his treatment and he will participate in the meeting through video link.
Justice Qazi Isa a member of JC had written a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Omar Ata Bandial demanding postponement of JC meeting.
