ISLAMABAD, JAN 14 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment in the case of correction of mutation of 10 kanals, 16 marlas land in Islamabad.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiayani while giving remarks on adjournment and lack of decisions of the cases in time said judges are inefficient here but lawyers should not become inefficient . Big judges have served before us but the problem of pending cases could not be resolved. What is fault of people. One case took 10 years and more than 150 hearings were held. Time of people and court was wasted.
He gave these remarks during hearing of 10 kanals, 16 marlas land in Kirpa case here Tuesday.
He remarked judges spent 10 years in the case which could be disposed of in one hour.
