ISLAMABAD, Feb 03 (Online): Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court (AC) has once again filed application for leave.
According to sources he filed application for leave till retirement citing to his health condition .
Sources said Judge Muhammad Bashir is facing hypertension due to nature of work and pressure.
During the last 10 to 15 days he has sent application for leave for the second time.
Last week he had filed leave application but he had withdrawn from his previous leave application.
It is pertinent to mention here Judge Muhammad Bashir awarded sentence to PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana case.
Judge Muhammad Bashir is also hearing 190 million pounds reference against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
