LAHORE 16 April (Online): It has been decided to call All Parties Conference (APC) on one point agenda of consensus over same date of election across the country.
According to sources Jamat-e-Islami (JI) will host APC to bring big political development.
Contacts has been started to bring PTI chief Imran Khan and PM Shehbaz Shareef in conference.
APC will have one point agenda to bring consensus on one day to hold general election in country.
JI stance is that elections on different dates are not in the interest of the country so government and opposition should agree on same date.
Attempt will be made to agree both government before October and Imran Khan after May date of election.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (Pmln) nominated delegations will hold dialogue with Jamat-e-Islami (JI) leadership.
On Saturday Jamat-e-Islami amir Siraj ul Haq held separate meeting with Shehbaz Shareef and Imran Khan to initiate dialogue process.
Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq were given green signal to take issues ahead with JI.
Imran Khan nominated three members committee of Pervaiz Khattak, Senator Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Mian Abdul Rasheed to hold talks with JI.
