ISLAMABAD, Jan 16 (ONLINE): Jail trial of PTI founder in Toshakhana and Al-Qadir Trust case has been challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
PTI founder filed petitions against jail trial notification making chairman NAB and others respondents.
It has been said in the petition filed by PTI founder jail trial notification in Al-Qadir trust case was issued on November 14 while notification in regard to jail trial of Toshakhana case was issued on November 28.
The petition said notification of jail trial are illegal and based on malafide intent.
PTI founder has requested the court to nullify the notifications of jail trial besides halting the proceedings of trial court till his petitions are pending in the court.
