ISLAMABAD, April 03 (Online): District court of Islamabad has directed the plaintiff to file reply in scholarship case pertaining to Izza Asad Rasool, wife of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill.
Civil judge Mian Azhar Nadim took up Izza Asad Rasool scholarship case for hearing on Monday.
Khalid Mehmood advocate counsel for COMSETS University appeared in the court. He obtained copy of plea filed by the defendants regarding change of guarantor.
The court while directing the plaintiff to file reply adjourned the hearing of the case till April 17.
COMSETS University has filed case for recovery of 102000 dollars, 86000 Pakistani rupees and 25 percent fine from Izza Asad Rasool wife of Shahbaz Gill.
