ISLAMABAD, Aug 22 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the maintainability of petition seeking disqualification of Imran Khan.
The case came up for hearing before acting Chief Justice of IHC Amir Farooq Monday.
The court inquired from the counsel of petitioner Muhammad Sajid, citizen from Islamabad “you are saying Imran Khan concealed information from election commission. Which information have been concealed .
The counsel told the court Imran Khan has not shown his daughter Tyrian in nomination papers.
The court reserved judgment on the maintainability of the petition after hearing the counsel for petitioner
Muhammad Sajid, the petitioner took the plea in his petition that earlier imran Khan refuted about Tyrian now he does not give reply to the question about Tyrian. Imran Khan knows it that that evidence against him is available. Imran Khan cannot hold public office or the office of party head. It should be asked from Imran Khan why article 62/1-F should not be applied to him.
The court reserved judgment on the maintainability of the petition.
