ISLAMABAD, Sep 12 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned till September 15 the hearing of bail after arrest plea of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill in sedition case.
The hearing has been adjourned at the request of special prosecutor.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah here Monday.
Special prosecutor Raja Rizwan Abbasi appeared before the court and told I came to know late night hours that the case is fixed for hearing on September 12. Please give some time for preparations. We have come here from Lahore for this case. Court is requested to fix its hearing for today (Tuesday).
The court fixed the case for final arguments on September 15.
