ISLAMABAD, Nov 18 (Online): Finance minister Ishaq Dar has called on the president Arif Alvi and during the meeting the two exchanged views on different political and financial matters.
It has been told in the communiqué issued by the president finance minister gave briefing to the president on economic and financial situation of the country in the meeting.
President was also given briefing on the flood situation and rehabilitation of flood affectees.
The sources said important political and other matters came under discussion in the meeting between president Arif Alvi and finance minister Ishaq Dar.
Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani also called on the president and the two discussed country’s affairs and the prevailing political situation.
It is pertinent to mention here finance minister Ishaq Dar met Asif Ali Zardari and Maulana Fazlur Rehman a day before and conveyed Nawaz Sharif message to them.
