ISLAMABAD, JAN 07 (ONLINE): Interim bail of PTI founder Imran Khan has been extended till January 28 in six cases.
Interim bail petitions in six cases against Imran Khan and in one case against Bushra Bibi came up for hearing in Islamabad district and sessions court Tuesday.
Additional sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka heard the petition.
Khalid Chaudhry counsel for Bushra Bibi filed exemption plea from attendance for one day on Tuesday.
The decision could not be announced on bail plea of Bushra Bibi. Her exemption plea was accepted.
Junior lawyer said Sulman Safdar counsel for PTI founder could not appear in this case being pre-occupied in other case.
The court adjourned hearing of interim bail pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi till January 28.
