ISLAMABAD, JAN 13 (ONLINE): District court has extended till January 23 interim bail plea of Bushra Bibi wife of Imran Khan in one case.
Interim bail plea of Bushra Bibi came up for hearing before sessions court Monday.
Additional Sessions Judge Aamir Zia approved exemption plea.
It is pertinent to mention here case against Bushra Bibi is registered against Bushra Bibi in police station Ramna in connection with November 26 protest.
Additional sessions judge held the hearing of interim bail plea in the case registered against Bushra Bibi in police station Ramna.
Ansar Kiyani counsel for Bushra Bibi appeared in the court and told that decision of 190 million pounds case against Bushra Bibi has to be announced today (Monday). Her attendance has to be marked in jail.
Counsel Ansar Kiyani said Accountability Court has ordered Bushra Bibi to ensure her attendance.
Prosecutor Iqbal Kakar said this is interim bail plea , therefore, attendance of the accused be ensured.
The court had reserved judgment on interim bail plea and later the plea was approved.
