ISLAMABAD, March 31 (Online): Interior minister Rana Sana Ullah Khan has said “becoming minus of Imrani fitna from the politics of the country is must.
“the prevailing situation is highly deplorable and is a national tragedy., he said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC) Friday.
He said Justice Mandokhail has recused from hearing the case of polls in two provinces. He has written a very alarming thing in the dissenting note. He wrote that the decision was written without seeking opinion..
This bench has now come down from 9 to 3. One learned judged recused from bench earlier and now he is part of this bench.
He underlined if full bench does not decide this case then the justice will not be seen to be done. You should not become part of anarchy and constitute full bench because justice should not be done only but also it should be seen to be done.
He remarked one “fitna” has brought the country to this stage. It is must this fitna should become minus from national politics.
Chief justice should review the matter how this fitna was introduced in Pakistan.
This fitna wants now there should be chaos in the country. These assemblies have not been dissolved constitutionally. The chief ministers of both the provinces have not dissolved the assemblies. This was the ego, intimidation, coercion and haughtiness of this fitna which led to dissolution of assemblies.
