Imran Khan, Pakistan cannot go side by side: Firdous Ashiq Awan

ISLAMABAD, May 26 (Online): PTI leader Firdous Ashiq Awan has parted ways with PTI and Imran Khan.

Announcing her departure from PTI she said all the planning of May 9 incidents was made in Zaman Park.

She said this while addressing a press conference here in National Press Club Friday.

She went on to say the brains of youths were poisoned under a well conceived planning and hatred for the country was created in their hearts. They were used for completion of anti Pakistan agenda.

I have not seen such incidents during my 22 years political career, she added.

Pakistan first is above all for me, she remarked. I strongly condemn May 09 incidents.

I am parting ways with PTI, she announced. I have done politics earlier and I will continue to do politics, she added.

She claimed a particular group has occupied PTI. Those who have taken Imran Khan to blind alley are standing around him.

Billion of rupees were spent from national kitty to spread negative propaganda, she claimed. The monuments of the martyrs were attacked under a planning.

When Imran Khan was prime minister then a particular group made PM house haven and caused harm to national institutions, she stated.

A transparent investigation into May 9 incidents be conducted and those found responsible be brought to justice. They should be awarded stern punishment so that no one could dare to cast evil eye on monuments of Shuhada.

Youths are being misled. I am leaving PTI due to its violent activities.

Using like tissue paper and then throwing is hobby of Imran Khan, she held.

Pakistan and Imran Khan cannot go side by side, she remarked.

I am parting ways with PTI but I will continue politics, she said.
The slogan of good to see you prevails in Pakistani politics, she underscored. Here political differences have been changed into personal enmity.

Only one narrative of my politics has always remained that state is important, she observed.
