ISLAMABAD, July 01 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up PTI petition following the issuance of NOC by Islamabad administration for holding public meeting in parade ground.
Babar Awan counsel for the PTI told the court Islamabad administration accorded permission on Thursday night to hold public meeting in parade ground.
Islamabad administration slapped detailed restrictions containing 4 pages. Obtaining permission from GHQ for holding public meeting is one among these conditions. We are contacting GHQ for seeking permission to hold public meeting in parade ground.
He requested the court to issue orders for according early permission to us.
IHC remarked holding peaceful public meeting is your right.
