ISLAMABAD, Feb 22 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up the petition seeking recovery of lawyer of PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat and registration of kidnapping case as withdrawn.
Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan took up the petition for hearing Thursday.
Counsel Tahir Kazim advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the police.Islamabad police told the court the case of kidnapping of bawarchi (chef) of Sher Afzal has been registered.
Sher Afzal advocate appeared in the court in the meantime and told that his bawarchi has come back. I withdraw my application.
The court wrapped up the petition of Sher Afzal Marwat as withdrawn.
