ISLAMABAD, OCT 30 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) decision regarding physical remand of Imaan Mazari and her husband.
IHC has issued notice to Islamabad police.
The ATC decision regarding 3-day physical remand of renowned lawyer and social worker Imaan Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali Chatha was suspended by IHC.
The appeal plea filed by Imaan Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali Chatha against 3-day physical remand came up for hearing before IHC division bench comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz Wednesday.
Counsel Qaisar Imam appeared in the court.

Under the directives of court, counsel Qaisar Imam read out remand order.

The court while issuing notice to police adjourned the hearing of the case for one day.
Aabpara police had arrested Imaan Mazari and her husband on October 28 on the charges of interfering in government operations.
